City Hall/Police Station Replacement Project

At our January 26th  Management Team Meeting, we began the work of creating a process to reengage City Administration, City Departments, and Policy Makers as well as Stakeholders for the purpose of identifying site locations for the future City Hall/Police Station.

 

Our Process Chart identifies four categories that identify and organizes our project process:

To date, a good deal of technical work has been completed which is a great benefit to our project process timeline.  Part of our plan is to incorporate previously completed work with related new data and findings.  We also plan to complete some key conversations with our Stakeholders and community members while fully leveraging our Department Heads and Policy Makers.  

 

Our Process Plan will afford us an opportunity to facilitate our best collaborative work and bring forward the most sensible recommendations to the City Council and Stakeholders that reflect “Doing What’s Best for Prosser.”
